Unclaimed Funds. In the event that funds from this transaction remain in an account, held by ESCROW 12 HOLDER, for such a period of time that they are deemed "abandoned" under the provisions of Chapter 120A of the Nevada 13 Revised Statutes, ESCROW HOLDER is hereby authorized to impose a charge upon the dormant escrow account. Said charge 14 shall be no less than $5.00 per month and may not exceed the highest rate of charge permitted by statute or regulation.
