Unbundled Local Loop. (ULL) means a transmission path that extends from the vertical side of a main distribution frame, DSX-panel, or functionally comparable piece of equipment in the subscriber’s serving End Office to the rate demarcation point (or network interface device (NID) if installed) in or at a subscriber’s premises. The actual loop transmission facilities used to provide a ULL may utilize any of several technologies.

Unbundled Local Loop. “ULL”) Types Pursuant to applicable FCC rules, a local loop unbundled network element is a dedicated transmission facility between a distribution frame (or its equivalent) in ACS-ANC’s Central Office and the loop demarcation point at an End User premises. Where applicable, the local loop includes all wire within multiple dwelling and tenant buildings and campuses that provides access to End User premises wiring, provided such wire is owned and controlled by ACS-ANC. The local loop network element includes all features, functions and capabilities of the transmission facility, including attached electronics (except those electronics used for the provision of advanced services, such as Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexers), and line conditioning. The local loop network element includes, but is not limited to DS1, DS3, and other high capacity loops to the extent required by applicable law, and where such loops are deployed in ACS- ANC wire centers. LEVEL 3 agrees to operate each loop within industry-accepted technical descriptions and parameters for the type of loop ordered. The following types of local loop unbundled network elements will be provided at the rates, terms, and conditions set out in Section C:

  • Collateral Locations All of such Grantor’s locations where Collateral is located are listed on Exhibit A. All of said locations are owned by such Grantor except for locations (i) which are leased by the Grantor as lessee and designated in Part VII(b) of Exhibit A and (ii) at which Inventory is held in a public warehouse or is otherwise held by a bailee or on consignment as designated in Part VII(c) of Exhibit A.

  • ADJACENT EXCAVATION-SHORING 32.   • Additional Equipment Additional Equipment may from time to time be added as the subject matter of this Agreement as agreed on by the parties. Any additional property will be added in an amendment describing the property, the monthly rental, security deposit, and stipulated loss value of the additional Equipment. All amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. Other than by this amendment procedure, this Agreement may not be amended, modified, or altered in any manner except in writing signed by both parties.

  • Capital Equipment Collaborator’s commitment, if any, to provide ICD with capital equipment to enable the research and development activities under the Research Plan appears in Appendix B. If Collaborator transfers to ICD the capital equipment or provides funds for ICD to purchase it, then ICD will own the equipment. If Collaborator loans capital equipment to ICD for use during the CRADA, Collaborator will be responsible for paying all costs and fees associated with the transport, installation, maintenance, repair, removal, or disposal of the equipment, and ICD will not be liable for any damage to the equipment.

  • Business Locations Set forth on Schedule 6.20(a) is a list of all Real Properties located in the United States that are owned or leased by the Loan Parties as of the Closing Date. Set forth on Schedule 6.20(b) is a list of all locations where any tangible personal property of a Loan Party is located as of the Closing Date. Set forth on Schedule 6.20(c) is the chief executive office, jurisdiction of incorporation or formation and principal place of business of each Loan Party as of the Closing Date.

  • Prior Locations (a) Set forth in Schedule 3(a) is the information required by Schedule 2(a), Schedule 2(b) or Schedule 2(c) with respect to each location or place of business previously maintained by each Company at any time during the past four months.
