Unbundled Local Circuit Switching. Verizon shall provide ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** with nondiscriminatory access to local circuit switching, including tandem switching, on an unbundled basis, in accordance with Applicable Law, which includes, but is not limited to, Sections 251and 271 of the Act, Section 51.319(d) of the FCC’s rules, and specific State law requirements.
