Unauthorized Use of Leave (Paid or Unpaid). A. Full-time employees having exhausted all forms of available leave, as provided by law and this Collective Bargaining Agreement, may be subject to progressive disciplinary action for excessive absenteeism under the following conditions:

  • Protection from Unauthorized Use Licensee shall secure that Participating Institutions will use reasonable efforts to restrict access to the Licensed Materials to Authorized Users.
