Unauthorized Modifications. In the event Licensor determines that the problem reported by Lilly is directly related to unauthorized alterations of the Product by Lilly or the performance of a third party, then Licensor may charge for employee time expended at the current time and material rates agreed upon less discount in addition to reasonable out-of-pocket expenses; or at Lilly's option; Licensor shall be released from maintenance obligations for the modified portion of the Product.
Unauthorized Modifications. Any problem caused by modifications, alteration or addition or attempted modification, alteration or addition in any release of the XHQ Software not made or authorized in writing by SISW; or

The indemnification obligation of this Section 3 shall not apply to any claim arising out of the Licensee’s or Sublicensee’s modification of the Technology not authorized by the Licensor, to the extent that alleged infringement would have been avoided absent such modification.
Unauthorized Modifications. 9T Labs does not provide any Services for Software, its surrounding systems and third party software and/or for 9T Labs performed Services which have been installed, adapted, updated, implemented, manipulated with or which have been modified in any other way by the Customer, its employees or any therewith by the Customer assigned third party without 9T Labs’s prior written consent. This also applies to Software which has been used in breach of its Documentation or errors in application. Together hereinafter referred to as ‘Unauthorized Modifications’.

During the period in which Quad is developing or producing Deliverables or providing Services associated therewith, Client will not adapt, alter, change, edit, or modify the Deliverables except as authorized in writing by Quad. If Client adapts, alters, changes, edits, or modifies a Deliverable, or otherwise interferes with the performance of the Services without the prior written approval or authorization of Quad, Client shall be responsible for, and shall pay, any additional fees, costs and expenses resulting from or incurred in connection therewith.
Unauthorized Modifications. You are not permitted to unlock, re-flash, tamper with, or otherwise alter the hardware or software on your American Assistance Device for any purpose. Your American Assistance Device may have a software programming lock that protects certain of the handset’s operating parameters against unauthorized reprogramming.

Other than STS approved work-arounds or modifications implemented as of the execution of this Agreement that were made to more fully utilize the system, Customer shall not modify, enhance, create adaptations, derivative works or other works utilizing any part of the Software or Documentation, or cause same to be done on its behalf, without prior written approval by STS.
Unauthorized Modifications. 11. In the event Licensee is utilizing EDI functionality, Licensee is responsible to license or purchase a required third-party EDI translator/ interpreter. Such EDI translator/interpreter shall be licensed or provided directly from a third-party vendor to Licensee.
Unauthorized Modifications. Except as otherwise expressly permitted herein, each Party acknowledges and agrees that it shall not modify, decompile, or disassemble the object code version of another Party's Software except to the extent such decompilation or disassembly may occur as a result of such Party's use of debugging tools for the purpose of debugging the EDS prototype or an EDS Product.
