Unauthorized Building Works any unauthorized structures and/or unauthorized building erection demolition repair installation and renovation works on or within the Building. For the purpose of this clause the meaning of unauthorized structures and unauthorized building works will be construed in accordance with the Buildings Ordinance, Chapter 123 of the Laws of Hong Kong.
