Unauthorized Account Use. Subscribers and End Users are aware that we have no access to Subscriber Account or User Account. In case of problems with unauthorized use of your Subscriber Account or User Account, you contact Microsoft Inc. directly. ECS will not be liable for any loss, damages, liability, expenses or attorneys’ fees that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge and/or authorization, and regardless of whether you have or have not advised Microsoft Inc. of such unauthorized use. However, you will be liable for losses, damages, liability, expenses and attorneys’ fees incurred by ECS or Third Party due to someone else using Subscriber Account or User Account. You will be obliged to exempt ECS from liability towards any Third Party arising from unauthorized use of Subscriber Account or User Account, in accordance with Section 13.2.

You understand and agree that we may require you to provide information that may be used to confirm your identity and help ensure the security of your account. FindMyProspect will not be liable for any loss, damages, liability, expenses or attorneys’ fees that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge and/or authorization, and regardless of whether you have or have not advised us of such unauthorized use. In the event that the Account Administrator or Customer loses access to an account or otherwise requests information about an account, FindMyProspect reserves the right to request from the Account Administrator or Customer any verification it deems necessary before restoring access to or providing information about such account in its sole discretion.

  • Unauthorized Access Using service to access, or to attempt to access without authority, the accounts of others, or to penetrate, or attempt to penetrate, security measures of Company’s or a third party’s computer software or hardware, electronic communications system, or telecommunications system, whether or not the intrusion results in disruption of service or the corruption or loss of data.

  • Unauthorized Aliens Consultant hereby promises and agrees to comply with all of the provisions of the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C.A. & 1101, et seq.), as amended; and in connection therewith, shall not employ unauthorized aliens as defined therein. Should Consultant so employ such unauthorized aliens for the performance of work and/or services covered by this contract, and should the Federal Government impose sanctions against the City for such use of unauthorized aliens, Consultant hereby agrees to, and shall, reimburse City for the cost of all such sanctions imposed, together with any and all costs, including attorneys' fees, incurred by the City in connection therewith.

  • Unauthorized Access Notification LEA shall notify Provider promptly of any known or suspected unauthorized access. LEA will assist Provider in any efforts by Provider to investigate and respond to any unauthorized access.

The Receiving Party will cooperate with the Disclosing Party in every reasonable way to help the Disclosing Party regain possession of such Confidential Information and prevent its further unauthorized use.

  • Notification of Xxxxxx and Unauthorized Release (a) Vendor will promptly notify the District of any breach or unauthorized release of Protected Data it has received from the District in the most expedient way possible and without unreasonable delay, but no more than seven (7) calendar days after Vendor has discovered or been informed of the breach or unauthorized release.
