Common use of Unauthorized Access Clause in Contracts

Unauthorized Access. The Customer shall take reasonable steps to monitor and prevent unauthorized use of the Service, including without limitation by protecting its passwords and other log-in information. The Customer shall notify ONS immediately of any known or suspected unauthorized use of the Service or breach of its security and shall use best efforts to stop said breach.

Unauthorized Access. The Customer shall take reasonable steps to monitor and prevent unauthorized use of access to the ServiceSystem, including without limitation by protecting its passwords and other log-in information. The Customer shall notify ONS Vendor immediately of any known or suspected unauthorized use of the Service System or breach of its security and shall use best efforts to stop said breach.
