Common use of Unauthorized Access Clause in Contracts

Unauthorized Access. The term “Unauthorized Access” shall mean any access to the Software and the Services except for the exclusive purposes of using the Services; accessing, retrieving, and viewing Data.

Unauthorized Access. The term “"Unauthorized Access” " shall mean any access to the Software and the Services Product except for the exclusive purposes of using the Services; accessingperformance, retrievingutility and functions of the Product for internal business operation of Licensee, and viewing Datatraining employees of Licensee in the use of the Product.

Unauthorized Access. The term “"Unauthorized Access” " shall mean any access to the Software or Documentation by Licensee or any third party for any use other than within the License Scope, in connection with the operation of Licensee's business, evaluating the performance, utility and functions of the Services except for the exclusive purposes of using the Services; accessing, retrievingSoftware, and viewing Datatraining employees or independent contractors of Licensee in the use of the Software.

The term “"Unauthorized Access” " shall mean any access to the Software and the Services or Documentation except for the exclusive purposes of using the Services; accessingcomposing, retrievingtransmitting, receiving, and viewing Dataparsing XML documents via web services, demonstrating the performance, utility and functions of the Software, and training employees of Licensee in the use of the Software.

The term “Unauthorized Access” shall mean any access to the Software and the Services Product except for the exclusive purposes of using performing law enforcement-related tasks; evaluating the Services; accessingperformance, retrievingutility and functions of the Product, and viewing Datatraining employees of Customer in the use of the Product.

The term “Unauthorized Access” shall mean any access to the Software and the Services or Documentation except for the exclusive purposes of using configuring or managing the Services; accessingsoftware application, retrievingevaluating the performance, utility and functions of the Software, and viewing Datatraining employees of Licensee in the use of the Software.

The term “Unauthorized Access” shall mean any access Access to the Software and Service, the Services Software, the Documentation, or the Web Site except for the exclusive purposes of (i) using the ServicesService; accessing(ii) Accessing, retrieving, and or viewing Data.; (iii) inputting and retrieving User content;
