UMLER. Borrower hereby authorizes Administrative Agent, and agrees that Administrative Agent shall be entitled, to access the Universal Machine Language Equipment Register and receive all information thereon with respect to the Railcars, or the use and operation thereof, together with all other such information as may be available from the AAR, and Borrower agrees to execute such instruments or consents as may be necessary or required in order to carry out the intent of this Section.
