Common use of Umbrella Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Umbrella Liability Insurance. 15.1.2.1.Developer may procure and maintain, during the life of the Project, an Umbrella Liability Insurance Policy to meet the policy limit requirements of the required policies if Developer’s underlying policy limits are less than required.
