UMB ATM Network Transactions. You may request that the Bank issue and activate a card which you can use to access the checking and savings (optional) accounts you have with us and to initiate electronic fund transfers (“UMB ATM Network transactions”) to and from such accounts at UMB ATMs, other selected network ATMs, and POS terminals. All references to “Card” in these Regulatory Disclosures and the UMB ATM Network Agreement will refer to the UMB ATM Card or UMB Debit Card issued to you (or that you have requested but not yet received). If you already requested or we have issued and activated a Card that may be used to engage in UMB ATM Network transactions, then upon our issuance and activation, the important information and disclosures and the terms and conditions of the UMB ATM Network Agreement below will be applicable to the Card and to UMB ATM Network transactions engaged in through the use of the Card. A broad range of UMB ATM Network transactions described below can be initiated to or from any of your accounts at ATMs and POS terminals using a Card properly issued and validated pursuant to a request by you. UMB ATM Network transactions are governed by the provisions of the UMB ATM Network Agreement below.

UMB ATM Network Transactions. You may request that the Bank issue and validate a card which you can use to access the checking and savings (optional) accounts you have with us and to initiate electronic fund transfers (“UMB ATM Network transactions”) to and from such accounts at our UMB automated teller machines (ATMs), at other regional UMB ATMs and at other selected network ATMs and POS terminals. Depending upon your specific request, the card to be issued and validated for you is in one of two formats: • If you already have (or have requested but not yet received) a UMB VISA card issued by UMB Bank, n.a. and have requested that we also issue and validate that card so that you may use it to engage in UMB ATM Network transactions, then upon our issuance and validation: (a) the Important Information and Disclosures and the terms and conditions of the UMB ATM Network Agreement below will be applicable to the card and to UMB ATM Network transactions engaged in through the use of the card, and (b) all references to “Card” in the Important Information and Disclosures and the UMB ATM Network Agreement will refer to that UMB VISA card. • If you have requested a separate UMB ATM card or UMB Visa Debit Card, then: (a) the Card will be issued and validated,

  • Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Capability The wind plant shall provide SCADA capability to transmit data and receive instructions from the ISO and/or the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, as applicable, to protect system reliability. The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.

  • Commingling of Resold Services with Unbundled Network Elements and Combinations of Unbundled Network Elements 6.7.1 To the extent it is Technically Feasible and pursuant to the terms of Section 9.1, CLEC may Commingle Telecommunications Services purchased on a resale basis with an Unbundled Network Element or combination of Unbundled Network Elements.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):

  • wire Unbundled ISDN Digital Loops These will be provisioned according to industry standards for 2-Wire Basic Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. NewPhone will be responsible for providing BellSouth with a Service Profile Identifier (SPID) associated with a particular ISDN-capable Loop and customer. With the SPID, BellSouth will be able to adequately test the circuit and ensure that it properly supports ISDN service.

  • Network Facilities At the time of termination, the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Entities shall keep in place any portion of the Interconnection Facilities that the Transmission Provider deems necessary for the safety, integrity and/or reliability of the Transmission System. Otherwise, Transmission Provider may, in its discretion, within 30 days following termination of Interconnection Service, require the removal of all or any part of the Interconnection Facilities.

  • SS7 Network Interconnection 9.7.1 SS7 Network Interconnection is the interconnection of Global Connection local signaling transfer point switches or Global Connection local or tandem switching systems with BellSouth signaling transfer point switches. This interconnection provides connectivity that enables the exchange of SS7 messages among BellSouth switching systems and databases, Global Connection local or tandem switching systems, and other third-party switching systems directly connected to the XxxxXxxxx XX0 network.

  • Unbundled Network Terminating Wire (UNTW) 2.8.3.1 UNTW is unshielded twisted copper wiring that is used to extend circuits from an intra-building network cable terminal or from a building entrance terminal to an individual End User’s point of demarcation. It is the final portion of the Loop that in multi-subscriber configurations represents the point at which the network branches out to serve individual subscribers.

  • In-Network Convenience Clinics and Online Care Services received at in-network convenience clinics and online care are not subject to a copayment in each year of the Agreement. First dollar deductibles are waived for convenience clinic and online care visits. (Note that prescriptions received as a result of a visit are subject to the drug copayment and out-of-pocket maximums described above at 6A2(4)e).)

  • Conversion of Wholesale Services to Network Elements or Network Elements to Wholesale Services Upon request, BellSouth shall convert a wholesale service, or group of wholesale services, to the equivalent Network Element or Combination that is available to Global Dialtone pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement or convert a Network Element or Combination that is available to Global Dialtone pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement to an equivalent wholesale service or group of wholesale services offered by BellSouth (collectively “Conversion”). BellSouth shall charge the applicable nonrecurring switch-as-is rates for Conversions to specific Network Elements or Combinations found in Exhibit A. BellSouth shall also charge the same nonrecurring switch-as-is rates when converting from Network Elements or Combinations. Any rate change resulting from the Conversion will be effective as of the next billing cycle following BellSouth’s receipt of a complete and accurate Conversion request from Global Dialtone. A Conversion shall be considered termination for purposes of any volume and/or term commitments and/or grandfathered status between Global Dialtone and BellSouth. Any change from a wholesale service/group of wholesale services to a Network Element/Combination, or from a Network Element/Combination to a wholesale service/group of wholesale services, that requires a physical rearrangement will not be considered to be a Conversion for purposes of this Agreement. BellSouth will not require physical rearrangements if the Conversion can be completed through record changes only. Orders for Conversions will be handled in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Ordering Guidelines and Processes and CLEC Information Packages as referenced in Sections 1.13.1 and 1.13.2 below.
