UCC Search Results. The Administrative Agent shall have received U.C.C. search reports certified by a party acceptable to the Administrative Agent, dated a date reasonably near (but prior to) the Effective Date, listing all effective U.C.C. financing statements which name the Borrower or any other Loan Party as the debtor, and which are filed in each jurisdiction in which U.C.C. filings are to be made pursuant to this Agreement or the other Loan Documents and in such other jurisdictions as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request, together with copies of such financing statements.
