Common use of Types of Services Clause in Contracts

Types of Services. This Article governs the provision of internetwork facilities (i.e., physical interconnection services and facilities), meet point billing by GTE and Mobile Communications and the transport and termination of Local Traffic from GTE to Mobile Communications. The services and facilities described in this Article shall be referred to in this Article IV as the "Services."

The services and facilities described in this Article shall be referred to in this Article IV as the "Services."

This Article governs the provision of internetwork facilities (i.e., physical interconnection services and facilities), meet point billing by GTE and Mobile Communications to Cellular One or by Cellular One to GTE and the transport and termination of Local Traffic from between GTE to Mobile Communicationsand Cellular One. The services and facilities described in this Article shall be referred to in this Article IV as the "Services."

This Article governs the provision of internetwork facilities (i.e., physical interconnection services and facilities), meet point the transport, termination and billing by GTE and Mobile Communications and the transport and termination of Local Traffic from GTE to Mobile Communicationstraffic, IntraLATA Toll and Optional EAS traffic. The services and facilities described in this Article shall be referred to in this Article IV as the "Services."
