Types of Personal Information. Includes the following: • Basic personal data (such as name) and contact details (such as email, phone number etc). • Usernames, randomly generated identifiers and cryptographic keys. • When using Futurae’s audio-based zero-touch authentication technologies: short audio recordings, which are nevertheless immediately discarded after the end of the authentication operation and never stored in persistent storage. • When using Futurae’s signal-based zero-touch authentication technologies: anonymized sensor data, such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth scan results. • Traffic data, as well as information about device hardware and software. (Xxxxxxxx.xx discourages Company from uploading sensitive Personal Information into Xxxxxxxx.xx’s systems.) Xxxxxxxx.xx as Controller. Company acknowledges that Xxxxxxxx.xx may collect information about any individual employed by Company who is assigned to interact with Xxxxxxxx.xx and any individual accessing and/or using the Services through the Company’s account (“Users”). To the extent any such data is considered Personal Information under Data Protection Laws, Xxxxxxxx.xx is the Controller of such data and accordingly shall Process such data in accordance with the Xxxxxxxx.xx Privacy Policy and Data Protection Laws. Company shall maintain appropriate notice, consent, opt-in, and opt-out mechanisms as are required by Data Protection Laws to enable Xxxxxxxx.xx to deploy Tracking Technologies lawfully on, and collect data from, the devices of End Users (defined below) in accordance with and as described in the Xxxxxxxx.xx Cookie Statement.
