Types of Membership. 1. Vested Membership shall be granted to member institutions that have had continual membership prior to July 1, 1999.
Types of Membership. Hitters Tennis Club shall be authorized to create, from time to time, different categories or types of membership having different requirements, qualifications, obligations, rights, and privileges, as Hitters Tennis Club may deem advisable. Membership shall entitle the Member to use the Facilities in accordance with this Agreement, such rules and regulations as may be adopted from time to time by Hitters Tennis Club (the “Rules and Regulations”), and the Application (defined below). The Company offers different types of Membership based on two criteria: A) Number of the Clubs the Member is entitled to visit (1 Club Membership and Multiclub), and B) duration of the Agreement (Membership for 1 month, 12 months, Single entry) (jointly hereinafter referred to as „Membership“).

Furthermore, the Member understands that the Fraternity does not have a provision for “inactive” status, and that the obligations outlined in this Agreement shall continue until one of the following occurs: The Member completes or permanently discontinues his course of study at the institution where the Chapter is located; The Member transfers to another college or university; The Member is authorized to resign from the Fraternity in accordance with Supreme Law; The Member is expelled from the Fraternity in accordance with Supreme Law; or The Member dies.
