Types of Loans and Borrowings. The term "Borrowing" denotes the aggregation of Loans made to the Borrower pursuant to Article 2 on a single date and, in the case of a Borrowing consisting of Fixed Rate Loans, for a single Interest Period. Loans and Borrowings are distinguished by "type". The "type" of a Loan (or a Borrowing consisting of such Loans) refers to the pricing of the Loans, whether such Loan is a Euro-Dollar Loan, a CD Loan or a Base Rate Loan, each of which constitutes a type.
