Types of Compensation. 1. One Commission Payment is paid for each Sale to a New Customer of a Mobile Service line identified by a mobile telephone number combined with an ESN number (or an Internet protocol address assigned to a mobile end system in the case of CDPD lines), no matter how many Service Plans and/or Special Offers are combined in the Sale. Please note: Commission Payments for Standard Service Plans and Special Offers will vary. See Part I. There are two (2) kinds of Commission Payments, depending on the type of Sale:

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.

  • Amount of Compensation City shall pay Contractor for performance of all Services rendered in accordance with this Contract in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000.

  • Fees and Compensation Managers and Officers may receive such compensation and fees, if any, for their services, and such reimbursement for expenses, as may be determined by resolution of the Board.

  • Other Compensation Plans The adoption of the Plan shall not affect any other option, incentive or other compensation or benefit plans in effect for the Company or any Affiliate, nor shall the Plan preclude the Company from establishing any other forms of incentive compensation arrangements for Employees, Directors or Third Party Service Providers.

  • Fixed Compensation Each of the Co-Managers will receive certain additional fixed compensation pursuant to separate agreements with Masterworks, which is not tied specifically to this Offering or to any other specific offering, but a portion of which is deemed to be underwriting compensation for this Offering.   • Employees and Compensation Schedule 3.12 contains a true and complete list of all employees of the Station, their job description, date of hire, salary and amount and date of last salary increase. Schedule 3.12 also contains a true and complete list as of the date of this Agreement of all employee benefit plans or arrangements applicable to the employees of the Station and all fixed or contingent liabilities or obligations of Seller with respect to any person now or formerly employed by Seller at the Station, including pension or thrift plans, individual or supplemental pension or accrued compensation arrangements, contributions to hospitalization or other health or life insurance programs, incentive plans, bonus arrangements, and vacation, sick leave, disability and termination arrangements or policies, including workers' compensation policies, and a description of all fixed or contingent liabilities or obligations of Seller with respect to any person now or formerly employed at the Station or any person now or formerly retained as an independent contractor at the Station.

  • Equity-Based Compensation The Executive shall retain all rights to any equity-based compensation awards to the extent set forth in the applicable plan and/or award agreement.

  • Recovery of Compensation All payments and benefits provided under this Agreement shall be subject to any compensation recovery or clawback policy as required under applicable law, rule or regulation or otherwise adopted by the Company from time to time.
