TYPE OF TEST. Section 1. Drug testing is to be initially conducted by the EMIT test. Alcohol testing shall be by Evidentiary Breath Testing (EBT). If testing for drugs, the split urine sample procedures shall be followed. There shall be no blood testing.

TYPE OF TEST. The Curative-Korva SARS-Cov-2 Assay (the “COVID-19 Test”) which has been authorized by the FDA under an EUA. The COVID-19 Test is a real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (rRT-PCR) test for the detection of nucleic acid from SARS-CoV-2 using respiratory or oral fluid specimens collected from individuals suspected of COVID-19 in consultation with a healthcare provider. The EUA for the COVID-19 Test is only authorized for the duration of the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of the emergency use of in vitro diagnostics for detection and/or diagnosis of (“Shipment Allowance”) to cover the shipment cost to deliver the Kits to the Lab (“Return Shipment”) via FedEx Priority Overnight. If the Return Shipment cost exceeds the Allowance, PROVIDER will invoice the A&M System the excess cost with appropriate supporting documentation.

There shall be no blood testing. SECTION 3. All positive EMIT/ADH tests will be verified by a GC/MS (Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrophotometry) test. Disciplinary action against an employee may only be taken if the GC/MS is positive at a level exceeding the levels in the Federal Regulations issued by the Department of Health and Human Resources Department of Transportation. Any changes in the Federal Regulations would be re-negotiated prior to inclusion.

  • Notice of Testing The Contractor shall give the ODR and the A/E timely notice of its readiness and the date arranged so the ODR and A/E may observe such inspection, testing or approval.

  • Non-Medicaid-Funded Hours Worked Effective July 1, 2021, the Employer shall contribute the Healthcare Rate or three dollars and seventy-nine cents ($3.79), whichever is higher to the Trust for each Non-Medicaid- Funded hour worked. Non-Medicaid-Funded Hour(s) worked shall be defined as all hours worked by all employees covered by this Agreement in the Employer's in‐home care program that are paid by a payor other than Medicaid, excluding vacation hours, paid-time off, and training hours.   • WORKING TEST PERIOD Section One. The Working Test Period shall be deemed an extension of the examination process. Therefore, a determination of unsatisfactory performance during a Working Test Period shall be tantamount to a failure of the competitive exam.

  • Medicaid-Funded Hours Worked Effective July 1, 2021, the Employer shall contribute the Retirement Rate or eighty cents ($0.80), whichever is higher, to the Retirement Trust for each Medicaid-Funded Hour worked by all home care workers covered by this Agreement with seven-hundred and one (701) or more cumulative career hours and fifty cents ($0.50) for each hour worked by all home care workers covered by this Agreement with less than seven-hundred one (701) cumulative career hours. Medicaid- Funded Hour(s) worked shall be defined as all hours worked by all employees covered by this Agreement in the Employer's in-home care program that are paid by Medicaid, excluding vacation hours, paid-time off hours, and training hours.

CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.
