Non-Tariff Measures 1. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, a Party shall not adopt or maintain any prohibition or restriction on the import of any good of the other Party or on the export or sale for export of any good destined for the territory of the other Party, except in accordance with Article XI of GATT 1994.

Other Measures 1. A Contracting Party may not require that an enterprise of that Contracting Party that is an investment under this Agreement appoint to senior management positions individuals of any particular nationality.
Methods of Measurement The methods used to identify the educational strengths and needs of students are set forth in the approved Application.
Measuring DNS parameters Every minute, every DNS probe will make an UDP or TCP “DNS test” to each of the public-‐DNS registered “IP addresses” of the name servers of the domain name being monitored. If a “DNS test” result is undefined/unanswered, the tested IP will be considered unavailable from that probe until it is time to make a new test.
Interim Measures 6.1 The Parties acknowledge that the British Columbia Claims Task Force made the following recommendation concerning interim measures:
Units of Measurement In all correspondence, in all technical schedules, on all drawings and for all instrument scales, SI units of measurement are to be employed. On drawings where IEC or other units have been used it will be in order if the equivalent SI measurement is suitably marked in addition.
Performance Measures and Metrics This section outlines the performance measures and metrics upon which service under this SLA will be assessed. Shared Service Centers and Customers will negotiate the performance metric, frequency, customer and provider service responsibilities associated with each performance measure. Method of Measurement The harmonics emission on AC power lines generated by the vehicle representative of its type shall be measured using the method described in Annex 11. The method of measurement shall be defined by the vehicle manufacturer in accordance with the Technical Service.
