Signature: APPENDIX ELIGIBILITY FOR BENEFITS AS PROVIDED IN ARTICLES AND Employees who are not disqualified under Clause 3 hereof, shall be eligible for a benefit payment in respect of each full week of seven consecutive calendar days of layoff (herein called "a claim week") provided such employees meet all of the following requirements: The employee has two years or more of cumulative compensated service at the beginning of the period of continuous layoff in which the claim week occurs began; The employee has exercised full seniority rights, on employees seniority district; For weekly layoff benefit payment, a continuous waiting period of seven days in the period of layoff has expired.
