• Accreditation of Public Schools and Adoption and Implementation of School Plans The District will implement a system of accrediting all of its schools, as described in section 22-11- 307, C.R.S., which may include measures specifically for those schools that have been designated as Alternative Education Campuses, in accordance with the provisions of 1 CCR 301-57. The District will ensure that plans are implemented for each school in compliance with the requirements of the State Board pursuant to 1 CCR 301-1.

• Distribution of Public Keys Each of Registry Operator and Escrow Agent will distribute its public key to the other party (Registry Operator or Escrow Agent, as the case may be) via email to an email address to be specified. Each party will confirm receipt of the other party’s public key with a reply email, and the distributing party will subsequently reconfirm the authenticity of the key transmitted via offline methods, like in person meeting, telephone, etc. In this way, public key transmission is authenticated to a user able to send and receive mail via a mail server operated by the distributing party. Escrow Agent, Registry Operator and ICANN will exchange public keys by the same procedure.

• Anerkennung der Rechte Dritter A. Apple stellt möglicherweise bestimmte Komponenten der Apple-Software und in der Apple-Software enthaltene Open-Source-Programme von Drittanbietern auf seiner Open-Source-Website (https:// xxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx) („Open-Source-Komponenten“) zur Verfügung. Die Anerkennungen, Lizenzbestimmungen und Schadensersatzregelungen für diese Komponenten sind in der elektronischen Dokumentation für die Apple-Software enthalten. Ziehe bitte die elektronische Dokumentation zurate, da dir möglicherweise zusätzliche Rechte an den Open-Source-Komponenten der Apple-Software zustehen. • Use of First Samples Drawn For the purposes of all samples (Discovery Sample(s) and Full Sample(s)) discussed in this Appendix, the Paid Claims selected in each first sample shall be used (i.e., it is not permissible to generate more than one list of random samples and then select one for use with the Discovery Sample or Full Sample).

• INFORMATION OF LOCKHEED XXXXXX (a) Information provided by LOCKHEED XXXXXX to SELLER remains the property of LOCKHEED XXXXXX. XXXXXX agrees to comply with the terms of any proprietary information agreement with LOCKHEED XXXXXX and to comply with all proprietary information markings and restrictive legends applied by LOCKHEED XXXXXX to anything provided hereunder to SELLER. XXXXXX agrees not to use any LOCKHEED XXXXXX provided information for any purpose except to perform this Contract and agrees not to disclose such information to third parties without the prior written consent of LOCKHEED XXXXXX. SELLER shall maintain data protection processes and systems sufficient to adequately protect LOCKHEED XXXXXX provided information and comply with any law or regulation applicable to such information.

• Limited International Bidding Goods which the Association agrees can only be purchased from a limited number of suppliers may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Limited International Bidding.
