Type Certification. The Aircraft have been type certificated under EASA procedures for joint certification in the transport category. The Seller will obtain or cause to be obtained an FAA type certificate (the “Type Certificate”) to allow the issuance of the Export Certificate of Airworthiness.
Type Certification. The Seller will obtain or cause to be obtained (i) a type certificate under EASA procedures for joint certification in the transport category and (ii) an FAA type certificate (the “Type Certificate”) to allow the issuance of the Export Certificate of Airworthiness.
Type Certification. The Aircraft has been type certificated under Joint Aviation Authorities (JAA) procedures for joint certification in the transport category. The Seller has obtained the relevant Type Certificates (or equivalent) to allow the issuance of the Certificate of Airworthiness for Export.

(f) The following documentation will be required, as applicable, for review by the FAA during the STC approval process: (1) Compliance Checklist, (2) Airplane/Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, (3) Master Documentation List/Master Drawing List, (4) Manufacturing and Installation Instruction Drawings, (5) Maintenance/Repair Manual Supplements, (6) Weight and Balance data, and (7) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness. (e) ENAC will issue an STC when compliance with the applicable Italian airworthiness requirements has been verified and a compliance statement has been made by the FAA.
Type Certification. Minor repairs are made in accordance with “acceptable” data, in accordance with 14 CFR Part 43. (b) LBA as Exporting Authority. Design data used in support of repairs must be approved in accordance with JAR-21 Subpart M.

Type Certification. The Company shall continue to work with the FAA to diligently pursue the certification of an eVTOL aircraft in accordance with the FAA’s type certification process.
Type Certification. A type certificate will have been issued by each of EASA and the FAA in the transport category (each, a "TYPE CERTIFICATE") prior to Delivery of the first Aircraft.
Type Certification. (b) Upon request to EASA, and after mutual agreement, the FAA may authorize compliance test witnessing and other functions to be performed by EASA on behalf of the FAA. For tests conducted prior to a TC or STC application being made to the FAA, FAA may accept EASA-approved noise and emissions certification compliance data, provided the data meets the applicable FAA regulations, guidance, and policy material.
Type Certification. The A330-200 Aircraft have been, and the A330neo Aircraft will be, prior to Delivery, type certificated under EASA procedures for joint certification in the transport category. The Seller shall obtain or cause to be obtained an FAA type certificate (the "Type Certificate") for the A330-200 Aircraft and the A330neo Aircraft prior to Delivery to allow the issuance of the Export Certificate of Airworthiness.
