Tyler Personnel Overview. Executive Sponsorship – The Executive Sponsor provides overall leadership and support within the Tyler organization for the Project. The Tyler Executive Sponsor is engaged in the monthly Executive Committee Meetings. Project Manager – The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all the project components function together in a comprehensive project delivery. The Project Manager is initially responsible for creation of the Project Plan and Implementation Plan, and working with the City to reach agreement on these two foundational components of the implementation project. Subsequently it is the Project Manager’s responsibility to ensure that the project deliverables are completed on time, and within budget. Solutions Architect – Functional – The Functional Solutions Architects are assigned to each major functional area. The role of the Solutions Architects is to thoroughly understand the City’s functional requirements within that area, and recommend a system configuration and process which will satisfy those requirements. The Solutions Architects will also play a primary role, together with the City’s Functional Leads, in defining and documenting customizations required to meet the City’s business requirements. Solutions Architect – Technical – The role of the Technical Solutions Architect is to assess whether the technical solution proposed by the City is suitable for the City’s technical infrastructure and system staffing requirements, and to create a blueprint of the proposed approach.

  • PERSONNEL FOLDERS A. An employee shall be entitled to review the contents of his/her official departmental personnel folder at reasonable intervals, upon request, during hours when the office in which records are housed is open for business. Such review shall not interfere with the normal business of the department, office, or bureau.

  • Interstate Educational Personnel Contracts 1. The designated state official of a party state may make 1 or more contracts on behalf of his state with 1 or more other party states providing for the acceptance of educational personnel. Any such contract for the period of its duration shall be applicable to and binding on the states whose designated state officials enter into it, and the subdivisions of those states, with the same force and effect as if incorporated in this agreement. A designated state official may enter into a contract pursuant to this article only with states in which he finds that there are programs of education, certification standards or other acceptable qualifications that assure preparation or qualification of educational personnel on a basis sufficiently comparable, even though not identical to that prevailing in his own state.

  • Access to Personnel Files All employees shall be allowed access to their personnel files during normal working hours for inspection and/or copies of documents which will be provided by the Employer. Such inspection shall be made subject to prior arrangement with the Employer.

  • Access to Personnel File Each employee shall have reasonable access to his/her personnel file for the purpose of reviewing any evaluations or formal disciplinary notations contained therein, in the presence of the Director of Personnel or designate. An employee has the right to request copies of any evaluations in this file.

  • Subrecipient’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Subrecipient shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Subrecipient’s efforts in fulfilling Subrecipient’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Subrecipient’s Project Manager, in consultation and agreement with County, shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Subrecipient’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Subrecipient in writing of such action. The Subrecipient shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Subrecipient’s Project Manager.   • Access to Personnel Records (a) Upon receiving the permission of the Chief Constable or designate, an employee may review the contents of his or her personnel file provided that such review is in the presence of a person authorized for such a purpose by the Chief Constable.
