Common use of Twelve Months Clause in Contracts

Twelve Months. As a result of not moving out by noon Lessee will be responsible for all costs and expenses including reasonable attorney fees. The total rent due is $xxxxx (xxxxxx) plus any costs or payments required to be paid by Lessee under this lease; payable in monthly installments of $xxxxxxx plus monthly costs accrued which payments are due on the first day of each and every month of said term. Lessor may assess an administrative fee of $25 for any check returned to Lessor for insufficient funds.
