Twelve Hour Work Schedule Sample Clauses

Twelve Hour Work Schedule. The Employer and the union may agree that employees in a particular work area may work a twelve (12) hour shift schedule. The request for a twelve (12) hour shift schedule may come from 100% of the employees in the work area or the Employer and if agreed upon by the parties, all employees in that area shall work a twelve (12) hour shift schedule. This twelve (12) hour shift schedule shall remain in effect in the work area until either of the parties gives the other thirty (30) calendar days notice of its intention to terminate this Agreement.

  • Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday.   • Normal Work Schedule 130. Compensation fixed herein on a per diem basis are for a normal eight-hour work day; and on a bi-weekly basis for a bi-weekly period of service consisting of normal work schedules.
