Common use of Turnover of Non-Cash Consideration Clause in Contracts

Turnover of Non-Cash Consideration. For the purposes of this Clause 8, if any Creditor receives or recovers any amount or distribution in the form of Non-Cash Consideration which is subject to Clause 8.2 (Turnover by the Creditors) the cash value of that Non-Cash Consideration shall be determined in accordance with Clause 13.2 (Cash value of Non-Cash Recoveries).

Turnover of Non-Cash Consideration. For the purposes of this Clause 87, if any Creditor receives or recovers any amount or distribution in the form of Non-Cash Consideration which is subject to Clause 8.2 7.1 (Turnover by the Creditors) the cash value of that Non-Cash Consideration shall be determined in accordance with Clause 13.2 12.2 (Cash value of Non-Cash Recoveries).

(a) For the purposes of this Clause 89, if any Creditor receives or recovers any amount or distribution in the form of Non-Cash Consideration which is subject to Clause 8.2 10.1 (Turnover by the CreditorsPrimary Creditors in respect of the Shared Transaction Security) the cash value of that Non-Cash Consideration shall be determined in accordance with Clause 13.2 paragraph (Cash value of Non-Cash Recoveries)b) below.
