Common use of Tuition Waiver Clause in Contracts

Tuition Waiver. 32.01 Permanent employees and their dependents accepted in and registered for courses given by the University are exempt from the tuition fees for credit courses at the Undergraduate or Graduate rate established for "Canadian and other Students with Permanent Residence (Landed Immigrant) Status". For permanent part-time employees the exemption is prorated to hours worked.
