Tuition Remission Policy. All Tuition Remission Plans described in this Policy are subject to the availability of funds as determined by the President of the University. While NJIT expects to continue the Tuition Remission Program as a benefit for employees, it reserves the right, subject to contractual obligations or other limitations, to modify or discontinue the Plan should it become necessary or advisable. To the extent that collective bargaining agreements contain different provisions, such provisions shall be controlling.

Tuition Remission Policy. Tuition remission is available to adjunct professors in the PHP and their academically eligible spouses/LDAs and IRS tax dependent children, excluding impacted graduate programs as determined by the University.

  • Admission Policy The Academy shall comply with all admissions policies and criteria required by laws applicable to public school academies under the Code. The Academy must make a reasonable effort to advertise its enrollment openings. Open enrollment must be for a period of at least two (2) weeks and shall permit the enrollment of pupils by parents and/or guardians at times in the evening and weekends, and shall comply with all requirements of Applicable Law.
