Tuition Agreement. Acceptance of the Student Enrollment Agreement and receipt of the non-refundable registration fee and supply fee, assures your child a place in First United Methodist Preschool. In return the parents are expected to honor the Agreement for the term of the school year, unless extenuating circumstances arise or if a mutual agreement advantageous for the child is made to dissolve the contract.
Tuition Agreement. Tuition Agreements are available to staff members only if they are not fully certified in their teaching area, or if they have been requested by HPEC Director to gain endorsement in another area.

This figure is called the ‘True Cost of Education.’ Tuition pays just a portion of that amount. To help bridge the GAP between tuition and the true cost of education, we ask families to participate in fundraising and/or make a tax-deductible donation to the St. John’s Mercy Fund. Tuition Agreement. This shall serve as a summary and notification of your total family tuition obligation for the upcoming school year. It is understood that all payments of said obligation are to be paid in full and on time according to the deadlines specified below. Failure to do so will result in additional late fees automatically applied to your account and notation of your account as delinquent. Penalties incurred during the school year will be added to your FACTS account. Services provided by school include, but are not limited to, in-person classes, as well as, remote learning classes.
Tuition Agreement. I agree to deliver tuition in full on the 1st of each month, by check, including fees for past due payment or insufficient funds. Absences & closings are non-refundable, there are no make-up days. The deposit is non-refundable if discontinuing services prior to June, and any remaining balance is due if the enrollment spot cannot be not filled.
Tuition Agreement. Parents who anticipate moving into the district during the month of September shall pay tuition. Upon final settlement on the property and moving into the residence in September the parents may apply for a refund of tuition paid for the period of the month they were not residents of the school district. Other than stated herein, tuition payments are non-refundable. Tuition must be paid in full, in advance each month. Non-payment of the agreed upon amount shall result in the disenrollment of the student(s). We agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement and will pay monthly tuition in the amount of $ , as calculated below.
