Common use of Truth and Accuracy Clause in Contracts

Truth and Accuracy. All representations and warranties made by Purchaser in this Agreement are true and accurate as of the date hereof and shall be true and accurate as of each Closing. If at any time prior to any Closing any representation or warranty shall not be true and accurate in any respect, Purchaser shall so notify the Issuer.
