Trustee Paying Agent Registrar. Upon request, counsel with the County’s Finance Department in the selection of a Trustee and/or Paying Agent/Registrar for the Debt Instruments and assist in the negotiation of agreements pertinent to these services and the fees incident thereto.
Trustee Paying Agent Registrar. The Trustee may make reasonable rules for the administration of this Indenture. Such rules may cover matters relating to actions by or a meeting of Security Owners. Paying Agent or Registrar may make reasonable rules for its functions.
