Where you are the trustee of a trust, settlement or fund (including a superannuation fund) you further undertake, warrant and represent to us, with the intention that these undertakings, warranties and representations are repeated each time you provide instructions to us: (a) capacities: you acknowledge and agree that you enter into this Client Agreement in your personal capacity and in your capacity as trustee of the trust;
