Trustee Notice. The Trustee shall forthwith give notice to the Issuer and the Principal Paying Agent of any change in the person or persons comprising the Trustee.

Further, the Trustee shall not be deemed to have notice of any other events or occurrences under the Lease Agreement unless it shall have received actual notice thereof from the City, the Corporation, or Bondholders owning at least 5% in aggregate principal amount of the Parity Bonds Outstanding.
Trustee Notice. China Growth, simultaneously with the Closing, will deliver to the trustee of the Trust Account of China Growth instructions to disburse the funds therein to the Company (or a member of the Company Group as specified by the Company).
Trustee Notice. CNCAC (or Chardan Sub), simultaneously with the Closing, will deliver to the trustee of the trust account of CNCAC (or Chardan Sub) instructions to disburse the funds therein to the HollySys stockholders, pursuant to the terms of Section 1.2, (or their designees) and to CNCAC.
Trustee Notice. CUAQ, simultaneously with the Closing, will deliver to the Trustee of the Trust Account of CUAQ a termination letter pursuant to the Trust Agreement to liquidate such Trust Account and disburse the funds therein to the Vendors or their designees and to CUAQ.
