Trustee and Agents May Hold Notes; Collections, etc. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, Registrar or co-Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes, with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee, Paying Agent, Registrar or co-Registrar or such other agent and, subject to Section 6.08 hereof and Sections 310 and 311 of the Trust Indenture Act, may otherwise deal with the Company and receive, collect, hold and retain collections from the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee, Paying Agent, Registrar or co-Registrar or such other agent.
