Common use of Trust Fund Clause in Contracts

Trust Fund. The Escrow Fund shall be held in trust and shall not be subject to any lien, attachment, trustee process or any other judicial process of any creditor of Parent, Merger Sub, Selling Securityholders’ Representative or any Selling Securityholder. The Escrow Agent shall hold and safeguard the Escrow Fund until the Termination Date (as defined in Section 5) or earlier distribution in accordance with this Agreement.

Trust Fund. The Escrow Fund shall be held in trust and shall not be subject to any lien, attachment, trustee process or any other judicial process of any creditor of Parent, Merger Sub, Selling Securityholders’ Representative Buyer or any Selling SecurityholderRepresentative.
