Trust Fund Contributions. 21. The MTA shall continue to conduct actuarial studies of vacation, retirement and health benefits pursuant to Charter section A8.404 for the term of this contract for purposes of determining the MTA contribution to the Trust Fund established under Section A8.404 of the Charter.

Trust Fund Contributions. All Contractor/Employers agree to pay contributions to the established vacation, pension and other form of deferred compensation plan, apprenticeship, and health benefit funds for each hour worked on the Project in the amounts designated in the Master Agreements of the appropriate local unions. The Contractor/Employers shall not be required to pay contributions to any other trust funds that are not contained in the published prevailing wage determination to satisfy their obligation under this Article except those Contractor/Employers who are signatory to the Master Agreements with the respective trades shall continue to pay all trust fund contributions as outlined in such Master Agreements.

  • In-Kind Contributions For clarity, In-Kind contributions will only be recognized as eligible when the costs incurred by the Applicant are incidental to its ordinary course of business, directly attributable to the Project and easily auditable.

  • Member Contributions With respect to benefits accrued under the Retirement System on or after January 1, 2021, members shall be required to make the following rates of member contributions to the Retirement System:

  • Matching Contributions The Employer will make matching contributions in accordance with the formula(s) elected in Part II of this Adoption Agreement Section 3.01.

  • Catch-Up Contributions In the case of a Traditional IRA Owner who is age 50 or older by the close of the taxable year, the annual cash contribution limit is increased by $1,000 for any taxable year beginning in 2006 and years thereafter.

  • Retirement Contributions On behalf of employees, the State will continue to “pick up” the six percent (6%) employee contribution, payable pursuant to law. The parties acknowledge that various challenges have been filed that contest the lawfulness, including the constitutionality, of various aspects of PERS reform legislation enacted by the 2003 Legislative Assembly, including Chapters 67 (HB 2003) and 68 (HB 2004) of Oregon Laws 2003 (“PERS Litigation”). Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any party’s rights, claims or defenses with respect to the PERS Litigation.

  • Payment of Contributions The College and eligible academic staff members shall each contribute one-half of the contributions to the Academic and Administrative Pension Plan.

  • Employer Contribution (a) An Employer contribution for health and dental benefits will only be made for each active employee who has at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month and who is eligible for medical insurance coverage, unless otherwise required by law.

  • Excess Contributions An excess contribution is any amount that is contributed to your IRA that exceeds the amount that you are eligible to contribute. If the excess is not corrected timely, an additional penalty tax of six percent will be imposed upon the excess amount. The procedure for correcting an excess is determined by the timeliness of the correction as identified below.
