Trust Board. Sec. 4.1. The Trust Board shall be responsible for administering the Fund, and may request and receive the advice and recommendations of the Advisory Committees. The total number of Trustees on the Trust Board shall be seven (7), consisting of the Chairperson of the ASBSD Board of Directors and six (6) members elected from the Trust’s participating members. All Trustees, except the Chairperson of the ASBSD Board of Directors, must be School Board members of a participating member of one or more of the three sub-funds referenced under Article III, Membership. Each of the three sub-funds should have representation on the Trust Board. Each Trustee on the Trust Board, except the Chairperson of the ASBSD Board of Directors, will serve a three-year term. Trustees may serve consecutive terms. Terms shall be staggered and begin on a fiscal year. A Trustee may be removed for good cause by the Trust Board. In the event a vacancy occurs, such vacancy shall be filled by all remaining Trust Board members until such time as a successor is appointed. The remaining Trustees shall appoint a replacement who shall fulfill the unexpired term of the person who is replaced.

  • Audit Committee (A) The Audit Committee shall be composed of five members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members, none of whom shall be an officer of the Company, and shall hold office at the pleasure of the Board.

  • Education Committee (a) The Employer will establish an Education Committee for all employees in the facility, which shall include at least one representative from ONA members.

  • Union Committee The Union shall appoint and maintain a Committee comprising persons who are employees of the Employer, and/or the Senior Union Official, or her/his representative, which shall be known as the Union Committee. The Union at all times shall keep the Employer informed of the individual membership of the Committee.

  • Management Board 6.1 The Management Board is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Integrated Service. Its functions and terms of references are set out in Schedule 3 Part I to this Agreement.

  • School Board Any reference to School Board or District in this Agreement shall mean the District and/or its designated officials.

  • Leave, Board of Directors A nurse who is elected to the Board of Directors of the Ontario Nurses' Association, other than to the office of President, shall be granted upon request such leave(s) of absence as she or he may require to fulfill the duties of the position. Reasonable notice - sufficient to adequately allow the Hospital to minimize disruption of its services shall be given to the Hospital for such leave of absence. Notwithstanding Article 10.04, there shall be no loss of seniority or service for a nurse during such leave of absence. Leave of absence under this provision shall be in addition to the Union leave provided in Article 11.02

  • Executive Committee (A) The Executive Committee shall be composed of not more than nine members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members and who shall hold office during the pleasure of the Board.

  • Selection Committee A. Each building site will appoint a selection committee for the TLS. The committee shall be comprised of equal numbers of teachers and administrators and at least one teacher will be appointed by the Des Moines Education Association.

  • Governing Board 1. The Centre shall be guided and overseen by a Governing Board renewed every 3 years and include:

  • Special Education Committee The parties agree to establish a committee comprised of representatives from ETFO, the Ministry of Education and school board leadership in the area of special education. Additional representatives may be invited as resources to the committee as needed. The committee will discuss current issues as identified by the parties related to supporting students with special education needs. The committee shall meet regularly commencing no later than November 30, 2015 and recommendations will be made to the Minister of Education by April 30, 2016. Terms of reference will be jointly developed to inform the scope of discussions and recommendations.
