Trust Assets and Allocation to Plans. The Trustee shall hold all assets contributed or otherwise obtained by the Trust and shall distribute such contributions and any earnings thereon to such Administrators, Employees or Participants as the Committee may from time to time direct pursuant to Section 8 hereof or as may be required pursuant to Section 8 hereof.
