Trust Accounting Agent Responsibilities. The Trustee, in its capacity as the Trust Accounting Agent, shall maintain a system of internal accounting controls sufficient to provide reasonable assurance that (i) transactions are executed in accordance with this Trust Agreement and the Trustee's duties hereunder; (ii) transactions with respect to the Up-MACRO Tradeable Trust and notified to the Trustee are recorded as necessary to permit preparation of financial statements and to maintain accountability for the Trust Assets; and (iii) the Trust Assets are held for the Up-MACRO Tradeable Trust by the Trustee in accordance with this Trust Agreement.
