Trip Insurance. Outfitter does not offer refunds for any circumstances including inclement weather, illness, or other incapacitation of individual, change in circumstances, loss of opportunity, failure to harvest animals, or any other reason not in the direct control of Outfitter. Trip Insurance, while not required, is highly recommended due to the nature of the industry: Mountainous terrain, in Colorado, in the wintertime. While some credit card companies do cover Trip Insurance in the member agreements, please ensure that you are covered for any possible cancellations prior to booking.

Trip Insurance. Please note that we are very small operation with only a few vacation homes and cannot easily write off lost income from cancellations, as do large hotels. If you are concerned about the possibility of a weather or travel related event, illness, death, family emergencies, or other health issues, etc. that could prevent or affect your travel, or result in a late arrival or early departure, etc. we strongly suggest that you take responsibility for this risk and obtain trip cancellation / interruption insurance.
