Trinidad and Tobago. Trinidad and Tobago shall notify the Agency of any transfer out of Trinidad and Tobago which it may have decided to make of nuclear material subject to safeguards under this Agreement, in accordance with the provisions set out in Part II of this Agreement. The Agency shall terminate safeguards on nuclear material under this Agreement when the recipient State has assumed responsibility therefor, as provided for in Part II of this Agreement. The Agency shall maintain records indicating each transfer and, where applicable, the re-application of safeguards to the transferred nuclear material.
