Trial Versions. 12.1. Pix4D may make available or deliver Offerings (or features of an Offering) labelled or offered as “trial versions,” “pre-release,” “beta”, "free" or another similar designation (collectively, “Trial Versions”). You may download, install, access or use Trial Versions only during a fixed-term period and for the purpose of the trial, as expressly permitted by Pix4D.

You acknowledge and agree that the Software may include code designed to prevent you from exceeding these limits, and that such code may remain on your Device after deletion of the Software in order to prevent you from installing another copy and repeating the trial period.

Trial Versions. If you have been granted a trial version of the BRIGHTWORK PRODUCTS by Project Hosts, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the BRIGHTWORK PRODUCTS for the specific purpose of evaluating the BRIGHTWORK PRODUCTS for 30 days or such other period as Project Hosts may authorize in writing.
