Common use of Trial transfer Clause in Contracts

Trial transfer. A nurse who is selected for training shall be on a trial period for as long as such training and orientation to the new position continues in effect. If, during such trial period based upon clinical performance, the Medical Center or the nurse determines that the nurse should not continue to be trained or oriented for such position, the nurse shall be returned to his/her former position (if available) with in-unit seniority restored, or to his/her original unit and shift as a per diem nurse.
