Common use of Trial Account Clause in Contracts

Trial Account. During the Trial Account Period, and subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, Oracle hereby grants to Customer a limited, temporary, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and use the Trial Account solely for the purpose of evaluating the Service for procuring a paid subscription to the Service for Customer’s own internal use and not for production use.
