Triage System. The Contractor must maintain a triage system for the management of Emergency Conditions and Urgent Care. The triage system, including the identification of the appropriate level of care, must be driven by clinically based criteria consistent with clinical research and industry standards. The clinical criteria must include protocols about the processes for access to, and communication with, appropriate PCPs or PCTs and the Enrollee’s other Providers.

  • Supported Wage System 23.1 This clause defines the conditions which will apply to employees who because of the effects of a disability are eligible for a supported wage under the terms of this agreement/award. In the context of this clause, the following definitions will apply:

  • Wage Scale The wages shown in Appendix A will be part of this Agreement.

  • Medical Verification The Town may require medical verification of an employee’s absence if the Town perceives the employee is abusing sick leave or has used an excessive amount of sick leave. The Town may require medical verification of an employee’s absence to verify that the employee is able to return to work with or without restrictions.

  • Wage Scales 27.1 Upon request, with reasonable notice, the City will provide an accurate amount of the individual employee's accumulated sick leave, holiday and vacation credits.
