Tree Replacement. The Developer, their assigns, or successors in interest, shall submit a tree removal and replacement plan with any building permit application for the Subject Property. The plan shall show the location of Landmark Trees, as defined in the Municipal Code, within 30 feet of the limits of construction and the construction access drive and identify any Landmark Trees that will be removed. This includes trees within the right-of-way that will be impacted or removed. The plan shall show the proposed replacement trees and their locations. Replacement trees are required at a ratio of one (1) replacement tree for each Landmark Tree removed. A surety will be required for the replacement trees prior to the issuance of a building permit.

Tree Replacement a. The Proposer shall, at the direction of the City PM, remove and replace any tree within its establishment period that is missing, dies, or in the opinion of the City PM, is in an unhealthy or unsightly condition, and/or has lost its natural shape due to dead branches or decline, and/or 25% or more of the crown is in decline. All missing, dead, and rejected trees shall be removed within five (5) working days of notification by the City PM, unless directed otherwise by the City PM. Replacement trees shall be planted within the current or next appropriate planting season (October 15 – March 31), as determined by the City PM.
Tree Replacement. All trees permanently damaged, by any means, will be replaced with the identical species of tree existing previously, unless otherwise notified, in writing, by the PA. Size of the replacement shall be of like size. The need for and the size of replacement will be determined by the PA.

Trees required pursuant to Land Use Code requirements and to satisfy conditions of the Planned Action Ordinance count toward meeting this commitment, as do the additional landscape amenities described in Article 9.3 above. If the Washington State Department of Transportation agrees, tree planting by SHA in the freeway buffer between Yesler Way and South Xxxxxxx Street may count towards ten percent of the 1.1 replacement commitment. Any new trees planted in this area should be selected and maintained according to CPTED principles.

Tree Replacement. In recognition of the fact that some trees will of necessity be removed for new development, two (2) trees of a minimum of 4 inch caliper (at average chest height) shall be planted, at Fox Chase’s expense, for each tree removed by the development process. All tree removals, relocations and replacements shall be shown on landscape plans and submitted to the Design Review Committee. To the extent that mature trees can be relocated to another area of Burholme Park, this shall be done at Fox Chase’s expense. It is contemplated that only mature, healthy trees of 10 inch diameter or less will be considered for relocation, provided that relocation is otherwise practicable, and also not significantly more costly than replacing the original tree with two smaller trees of a minimum of 4 inch caliper (at average chest height).
Tree Replacement. Any existing pepper tree, xxxxx xxxxxx (lagerstroemia indica “watermelon red” and redbud (cercis occidentalis) that is permanently damaged or shows declining health, not due to lack of water or maintenance, shall be replaced with 48” box specimen tree, or as directed by County. Notify County of need for replacement and to obtain authorization.

If the Benchmark Replacement is Daily Simple SOFR, all interest payments will be payable on a quarterly basis.

  • Tool Replacement Personal tools worn out and/or broken on the job will be replaced on a like- for-like basis by the Employer, provided the tool is turned in to the Employer and the Employer had knowledge the tool was being used on the job.
