Tree Preservation. Article 28.06, Landscaping and Tree Preservation, of the Applicable Rules shall apply to the Land.
Tree Preservation. Developer shall replace any and all trees that are removed as part of the construction of the Project with the appropriate number of new trees pursuant to the City’s Tree Ordinance. Developer shall cause the Project to maintain said trees in an appropriate manner pursuant to the City’s Tree Ordinance. Developer shall not be required to mitigate for trees that need to be removed that are on City property.
Tree Preservation. Trees shall be preserved as possible, including those in the right of way. Protective tree fencing shall be installed in accordance with the City’s Vegetation and Woodlands Ordinance. A wood chip berm, a minimum of 2 feet wide and 18 inches deep, shall be installed inside of the tree protection fence. The tree protection fence and wood chip berm shall be maintained during the period of site work. Minor revisions to the plan may be permitted with approval by the City Planner. A Tree Preservation surety shall be submitted prior to the issuance of a grading or building permit for this property.
Tree Preservation. A. Before construction, grading, or land clearing begins, the Developer shall visibly xxxx trees or tree areas that are to be preserved and install city-approved tree protection fencing or other method at the critical root zone of trees to be protected. The location of the fencing shall be in conformance with the approved tree preservation plan.
Tree Preservation. Subject only to TXDOT or City or County requirements to the contrary, Developer agrees not to remove two trees identified on Exhibit D. The trees are located on the eastern fence line of the southeast corner of the fire department lot, one by Xxxxxx’x green gate and the other 30-50 yards north.
Tree Preservation. It is the intention of xxxxxx llc. to make every effort to preserve all trees selected for preservation within the limits of clearing. However in the event any trees do die during or after construction, xxxxxx llc. is not responsible for their removal. Any trees which must be removed after clearing will be charged as an extra to the client. (Note: Tree near addition may be lost.)
Tree Preservation. Prior to the issuance of a conditional building permit, the Owner shall produce a detailed Vegetation Plan and/or a Tree Preservation-Enhancement Plan for the subject lands as specified in the City’s Tree Management Policies that is satisfactory to the Director of Planning. Prior to the commencement of any construction under the conditional building permit, the Owner shall implement any and all measures required by the said Plan or Plans, including without limitation fencing, signage and erosion control, all to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. The Owner shall continue and maintain such compliance continuously throughout the construction process.

All standards of the Town’s Tree Protection Ordinance, as being amended, shall apply fully to development within the Property and standards shall be applied based upon the entire boundaries of the Property as the development (disturbed) area for purposes of replacement calculations and otherwise.
