Common use of Treatment of Investment Clause in Contracts

Treatment of Investment. 1. Each Contracting Party shall, within the framework of its laws and regulations, permit in its territory investments, and activities associated therewith, on a basis no less favourable than that accorded in like situations to investments of nationals or companies of any third country.

Treatment of Investment.
