Treatment of Holders of Warrant Certificates. Every holder of a Warrant Certificate, by accepting the same, consents and agrees with the Company and with every subsequent holder of such Warrant Certificate that until the transfer of the Warrant Certificate is registered on the Warrant register, before such Warrant Certificate is surrendered for transfer pursuant to Section 9.1 hereof, the Company may treat the registered holder of a Warrant Certificate as the absolute owner thereof for any purpose and as the person entitled to exercise the rights represented by the Warrants evidenced thereby, any notice to the contrary notwithstanding.

Treatment of Holders of Warrant Certificates.
